Start
You need access to the Open Computer Lab to start this quest - buy and read CS110 from the university bookstore if you have enough Perception.
Outline
- Complete the Coding Assistance quest or
- Ask the student by the coffee machine about hacking (the latter is much quicker) to learn that Professor Evans has an office in Combine Labs.
- If you try to talk to him he says he's too busy for anyone without an appointment
- Hack into the computer in the Open Computer Lab and fight opponents until you have enough access to schedule an appointment with Professor Evans
- Talk to Professor Evans and he'll be more receptive now. Ask him about hacking and he'll mention a well-hidden Golden Chip site.
- Craft yourself a Deep File Scan.
- With the Deep File Scan Equipped, hack into the open workstation again and look for the Golden Chip.
Rewards
Unlocks The Golden Chip, a store that only take Golden Tickets as currency.
Allows you to sell business plans, Mailing Lists, etc. in exchange for Golden Tickets (see Golden Ticket page for full list)

Professor Evans mentioned an organization or store of sorts called the Golden Chip. He guessed, or possibly hinted heavy-handedly, that you could find more about them in the computer lab at Metroplex U using a deep file scan.
