Is server time changing at all due to DST? I.e., will rollover now be an hour later for me?

Server time is set to UTC, which doesn't observe daylight savings time.

So if you're in the US (or certain cities in Mexico and maybe other places), rollover has moved forward an hour. Otherwise, nothing's changed.
