You continue laying down cover fire.

While underwater 6 -
You don't have the rate of fire to lay down proper cover, instead just shooting <opponent> for <X> damage.

Unlike most closer techniques, this is still enhanced even if this is the only technique in the round.

The bonus technique uses Evasion Power to increase its defense.
